In Monday’s season finale of “How I Met Your Mother” (7:30 p.m. Central, WBBM-Ch. 2), Lily (Alyson Hannigan) will tell husband Marshall (Jason Segel) she is. But the episode is really more about the budding romance between Robin (Cobie Smulders) and Barney (Neil Patrick Harris). Ted (Josh Radnor) will give Barney his blessing to go for it with his ex-girl.
