In Monday’s season finale of “How I Met Your Mother” (7:30 p.m. Central, WBBM-Ch. 2), Lily (Alyson Hannigan) will tell husband Marshall (Jason Segel) she is. But the episode is really more about the budding romance between Robin (Cobie Smulders) and Barney (Neil Patrick Harris).
Ted (Josh Radnor) will give Barney his blessing to go for it with his ex-girl.
And, as Harris said on the “HIMYM” set last month, Robin is aware of the Barney’s feelings for her. “She’s playing mind games with Barney,” he said. “I think she’s interested to see just how serious he is about her.”
